Your purchase will be shipped within 5 to 10 business days upon receipt or your order. 

Please note that, depending on your location, taxes and duties may be applied to your purchase. For customers in Canada, taxes include 5% GST and 7% PST.

Returns & Refunds

Should your purchase arrived damaged or obviously flawed, we will be happy to replace it. You will need to return the flawed or damaged item to us first. Once we receive it, we will send the replacement to you.

Please note that, except in the event your print is flawed or is damaged during shipping, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.  As computer monitor settings differ widely, actual print colours may be slightly different than may be seen on your screen. We do not accept returns, or offer refunds or exchanges due to the colours or the size of the print not being as you might have expected.
